Sachin Tendulkar is a very famous Indian former international cricketer. We all know him very well. He is also known as the “God of Cricket”.

Well, that’s not easy to be called a Cricket God. Sachin must have been showing his true self and true dedication which resulted in miracles in cricket history.

There was a cricket match between India and Pakistan in 1989. This match is the last match of that series. It’s a do or dies situation if the result is not a draw or win then India will be losing the series. The match started and it has become a one-sided match to Pakistan.

At that moment this man Sachin Tendulkar who is just only 16 years old entered the ground for batting. Pakistani fast bowler Waqar Younis bowled for Sachin at the speed of 150 km/hr and that made Sachin faint with a bloodied nose.

The physiotherapist reached the ground running fast to check on him. All the Pakistan players came fast running to see what happened. The physiotherapist said to Sachin that, Firstly he needed to be sent to the hospital. The physiotherapist told him to move to the pavilion and wait. Meanwhile, all the fast bowlers will get their blowing finish. After that, you can play, he suggested.

Sachin has bled profusely but refused to leave the field.

Sachin has two words left in his mouth, “I’ll play’. Those two words changed India’s History and World cricket history. Waqar Younis’s turn to bowl the next ball. Sachin took a strike and hit the ball for four!  All went shocked. This is truly Sachin’s charm! If we think once about the whole scenario, Sachin has two options in front of him. He can rest until the fast bowlers turn complete or he should continue his play which is quite difficult with the wounded nose. But he didn’t go out. Sachin chooses to play. He answered himself and decided to play.

No doubt he grabbed such heights in his career and made a million fans for him. He truly deserves to be called a God of Indian Cricket. (Cricket God)
