Mr.Nicholas James Vujicic’s was born on 1982 December 4, with an extremely rare congenital disorder known as Phocomelia, which is a condition that involves malfunctions of the arms and legs. This made his parents so sad and depressed. Growing up in Melbourne, Australia, Nick struggled mentally, emotionally, and physically. Also, he got bullied at school. Therefore he made him attempt suicide at the age of 10.
After that, one day he came up to read a letter in the newspaper. In that letter, He read about how one physically challenged guy succeeded, and that news inspired Nicholas.
Nicholas promised himself not to give up, despite suffering from bullying and struggling mentally and physically. He decided to become vocal about living with disabilities and finding hope and meaning in life. He brims with his life, loves to paint, swim, skydive, and play golf, and surf.
He eventually came to terms with his disability and started his non-profit organization “Life without Limbs” at age seventeen. At a very young age, he became a famous master motivator in the world. Nicholas James presents motivational speeches worldwide, on life with a disability, hope, and finding meaning in life.
